Join NSF and Help Shape the Future of Talent Across Europe & Africa

At NSF, our mission is to improve human health. As a global leader in testing, inspection, certification, and advisory services, we support clients across the food, water, health sciences, and sustainability sectors worldwide.

We're looking for a multi-lingual English- and German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Europe & Africa HR team based in Diegem, Belgium or Hamburg, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, sourcing exceptional talent, and delivering an excellent candidate experience across multiple countries and business functions. This is a full-time employed hybrid role, with 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Europe and Africa, from intake through to offer and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, internal mobility, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support structured and consistent interview and selection practices.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and applicant tracking system records.
  • Build talent pipelines through networking, industry engagement, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across talent acquisition processes, tools, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from intake through to offer stage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sourcing capability, including direct sourcing and use of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German, and preferably French.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple European and/or African countries would be beneficial.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, audit, laboratory, life sciences, commercial, or corporate roles is a plus.

If you're passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers and want to make an impact across a diverse and international region, we'd love to hear from you.
