For our location at Ostfildern we are looking for a

HR Generalist

What you can expect

Supporting managers and employees with all HR-related matters. Coordinating

recruitment process from job posting to drafting contracts. Optimizing existing

HR processes and implementing new ones. Leading employee conversations

across the entire employee lifecycle. Handling payroll. Preparing HR-related

documents. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

What you have

University degree with focus on HR or comparable qualification. Knowledge of

labor law, payroll tax and social security. Proactive, meticulous and structured

approach to work. Reliability, discretion and loyalty. Excellent written and spoken

German and English skills. Confident use of MS Office.
