Plant Project Manager (Human)

Your mission & challenges

You are responsible for building up series production for our new product – from production planning to SOP.

• Overall project leadership for industrialization and production build-up through to SOP

• Planning the production concept, line layout, investments, and capacities

• Steering equipment suppliers, process, and industrialization engineers

• Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets during ramp-up

• Acting as the interface between engineering, quality, procurement, and the plant

What we're looking for

• Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or similar

• Several years of experience in industrialization/production ramp-up, ideally of mechatronic products

• Experience in project leadership and equipment procurement

• Knowledge of lean production and ramp-up management

• Assertiveness, a hands-on mentality, and willingness to travel
