Factory General Helper

• Following production guidelines and specifications from Supervisor
• Clean production facility
• Loading and Unloading of shipments
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
• Performing other tasks as assigned
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Assist in assembly and production of metal/steel products

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (physically fit)
• Basic understanding of machinery and production workflow
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness
• Ability to understand basic English (read and write)
• Previous experience in manufacturing or metal/plastic packaging handling is a plus

Job Details & Terms

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Experience: Entry‑level accepted; ~1 year preferred
• Education: High school or higher diploma acceptable
• Joining: Immediate start preferred
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervisor guidance
• Handle materials manually or with trolleys, supporting production line activities and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Report any defects or production issues to supervisors
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times
