Warehouse Supervisor (Freight Forwarding background)

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate with freight forwarders. The main focus is warehouse floor operations (receiving, storage, dispatch).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end stock control: inbound/outbound inventory verification, cycle counts, and system reconciliation to maintain accurate stock records and minimize discrepancies
• Supervise daily warehouse operations — receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch — ensuring optimal space utilization and on-time order fulfillment
• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff and forklift operators
• Liaise with transport, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth stock flow and timely deliveries
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and HSE requirements on the warehouse floor
• Resolve operational issues: delivery delays, shortages, order discrepancies

Requirements

• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with hands-on stock control responsibility
• Experience coordinating with transport/logistics and forklift operators
• Strong attention to detail, accountability for stock integrity
• Forklift certification a plus
• DG cargo handling experience — preferred (if applicable to your warehouse)

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
