Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Factory Workers to join our production team in Lithuania. The successful candidates will support daily manufacturing and production activities, including operating basic equipment, handling materials, packaging products, maintaining the work area, and following production and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general production and factory duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist with the manufacturing and production process.
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment after receiving appropriate training.
• Sort, assemble, pack, label, and prepare products for storage or transportation.
• Load and unload raw materials, products, and other materials when required.
• Inspect products for visible defects and ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Follow production instructions and daily work schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Handle raw materials and finished products carefully.
• Report equipment problems, damaged products, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Assist other production team members when required.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Perform other general factory duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in factory, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of either Lithuanian or Russian language is mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
