About the Role

We are hiring an experienced senior java developer with an extensive experience working on enterprise solutions, participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, and configuring existing systems. The required candidate should participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of development activities throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agreed scope and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experienced and skilled in working within Agile and Hybrid software development methodologies.
• Understand and contribute to defining technical requirements and solution objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
• Support task planning, effort estimation, and technical coordination within the development team.
• Take a lead role in supporting and mentoring team members and promoting development best practices.
• Identify and address technical risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation and resolution approaches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and smooth integration throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor development progress and provide technical updates to project and management teams when required.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Lead by example and actively contribute as a team player.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Take an active role in the design, development, testing, and implementation of application modules alongside other team members.
• Design and develop scalable web applications and backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs, services, databases, and application components as required.
• Support frontend integration using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant web development frameworks where required.
• Collaborate with frontend teams working with technologies such as React and React Native.
• Perform technical tasks assigned by the Project Execution Team.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, application/ System/ software development projects.
• Relevant Professional Certification from industry recognized organization such as PMI or university.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java, JAVA Script, Oracle, Python etc.
• Proven experience and solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Hybrid etc.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
