We are currently recruiting a Senior Manager - AI & Product Delivery for our client, based in Dubai, UAE for a period of 15 Months.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - AI & Product Delivery to lead the governance, assurance, delivery, and deployment of AI solutions across the organization. This role will drive the adoption of responsible and scalable AI, ensuring all AI initiatives are secure, compliant, business-focused, and aligned with enterprise objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the enterprise AI Assurance Framework.
• Review and approve AI solutions for production deployment, ensuring compliance with governance, security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Establish standards for AI model development, validation, testing, monitoring, explainability, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams to embed Responsible AI practices across all AI initiatives.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and present recommendations, assurance outcomes, and governance decisions to senior leadership and relevant governance boards.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring of AI systems, addressing risks related to bias, model drift, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain AI governance policies, frameworks, best practices, and assurance guidelines.
• Drive AI awareness and capability building through coaching, mentorship, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to the organization's AI strategy, supporting initiatives in advanced analytics, automation, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AI assurance matters involving vendors, partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven products, from business case development and solution design through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Manage AI product roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
• Champion Agile delivery practices to successfully implement enterprise-scale AI products while balancing innovation, governance, risk, and business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Product Delivery.
• Strong experience in AI/ML model development using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java or C++ is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, model evaluation, explain ability, AI governance, and Responsible AI principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (AI Foundry, Azure ML, Citadel) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI products and platforms within Agile environments.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Proven experience in AI governance, assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in large-scale or highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
