Job Title: CCTV Technology Solution Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Purpose
- CCTV Technology Solution Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, optimisation and lifecycle management of enterprise CCTV and video surveillance systems across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CCTV technology roadmap and standards
- Design and review CCTV solutions, drawings and BOQs
- Manage implementation, commissioning and support
- Manage vendors, contracts and SLAs
- Support security operations and investigations
- Ensure governance, compliance and security requirements.
Key Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/IT or related field
- 8–12 years CCTV and security technology experience
- 5+ years managing large surveillance environments
- Experience with enterprise deployments exceeding 1000 cameras and multi-sites
- Experience with enterprise Video Analytics solutions
Work Experience
- 5+ years in IT delivery / operations / coordination.
Skills
- IP CCTV – Multi-brand (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, etc)
- VMS – Milestone, Genetec
- NVR – Hikvision, Dahua, UNV etc
- Video analytics – Milestone, Intelexvision etc
- Networking – CCNA
- Storage – RAID Configuration
- Vendor management and
- Project management & delivery.
Competencies
- Organising, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, service orientation.
Additional Considerations
- System Availability, SLA Compliance, Incident Response Time.
