About the Role
The ECL Program Mentor will be responsible for guiding students across entrepreneurship, startup development, career readiness, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver practical ECL learning modules
* Mentor students in startup ideation, validation, business planning, and growth
* Provide career guidance and corporate readiness training
* Conduct mock interviews, presentations, pitching, and communication activities
* Develop students' confidence, leadership, and professional skills
* Provide one-to-one and group mentoring
* Facilitate industry exposure, networking, workshops, and guest sessions
* Build connections with entrepreneurs, employers, recruiters, and industry professionals
* Track student progress and career/startup outcomes
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professor who is entrepreneurial, commercially aware, confident, articulate, and passionate about developing future entrepreneurs and business professionals.
