A Day in the Life The Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) business partners with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and healthcare teams to deliver technologies that help diagnose and treat vascular disease through minimally invasive procedures. The portfolio includes consumables, stents, balloons, and coils used across operating theatres, catheterisation laboratories, and interventional radiology environments.

This position is based in Singapore and follows a Flex work model, combining customer-facing field activities with administrative and business responsibilities. Regular presence at customer sites is required.

Primary Responsibilities

The Sales Representative, Peripheral Vascular Health is responsible for driving sales growth while serving as a clinical and technical resource for healthcare professionals across assigned accounts. The role combines territory management, procedural case support, customer relationship development, and commercial execution to support the adoption and utilisation of the Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio.

Promote and sell the Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio, including consumables, stents, balloons, and coils, within assigned accounts to achieve or exceed sales objectives.

Provide clinical and technical support during peripheral vascular procedures, ensuring effective product utilisation and customer satisfaction.

Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nurses, operating theatre personnel, cath lab teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Identify sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and provide product solutions that maximise clinical and commercial outcomes.

Deliver product education through case support, product demonstrations, in-service training, workshops, and other customer engagement activities.

Conduct market research and monitor customer, competitor, and industry activities to identify opportunities and support territory growth plans.

Manage inventory activities, billing coordination, customer administration, and product availability within assigned accounts.

Communicate customer feedback, market insights, and product opportunities to internal stakeholders including Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and provide procedural support outside standard business hours, including occasional weekend coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, medical device, healthcare, medtech, or life sciences experience.

Experience working in a customer-facing sales, clinical support, or healthcare environment.

Ability to provide procedural case coverage within hospital, operating theatre, catheterisation laboratory, and interventional radiology environments.

Ability to participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend support requirements.

Ability to travel regularly within Singapore to support assigned customer accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

Medical device sales experience supporting vascular, cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, interventional radiology, or related procedural portfolios.

Experience supporting customers within operating theatres, catheterisation laboratories, or interventional procedural environments.

Knowledge of hospital workflows, inventory management, and procedural case support activities.

Experience building relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare decision-makers within acute care settings.

Understanding of medical terminology and interventional treatment pathways relevant to vascular disease.
