As the first friendly voice our guests and clients hear, you’ll be the heart of our reservation desk. You manage both individual and group bookings with care and precision — but that’s not all. What do we need from you?

• You’re looking for a full-time role with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

• Hospitality runs through your veins; you’re genuinely service-oriented and love turning opportunities into wins.

• You’re a master communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English, and able to connect authentically with every guest.

• You have a background in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (bonus points if you know Opera!).

• You’re eager to learn and grow, with a proactive, positive mindset.
