CALIBRE is seeking a Liaison and Reporting Analyst (LNO) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at an assigned military installation. The Liaison and Reporting Analyst serves as a key contributor to installation-level program operations by coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, supporting outreach initiatives, monitoring program performance, and maintaining accurate operational data. This role serves as an important connection between TAP personnel, military leadership, community organizations, employers, educational institutions, and Government stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide analytical and operational support to ensure effective program execution, accurate reporting, and informed decision-making. The Liaison and Reporting Analyst will assist with performance monitoring, event coordination, workforce engagement efforts, and command-level reporting while helping identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement across installation TAP activities.
Summary
The Liaison and Reporting Analyst supports installation-level Army TAP operations through stakeholder coordination, performance analysis, reporting, event support, and maintenance of accurate program data. The position provides commanders and program leaders with actionable information while helping connect TAP activities with installation leadership, community resources, employers, educational partners, and interagency organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report installation-level TAP performance, participation, throughput, attendance, and resource utilization data.
- Prepare recurring command-level reports, program status reports, dashboards, briefings, and ad hoc analyses for Government and program leadership.
- Monitor participation and compliance across workshops, counseling milestones, Capstone activities, hiring events, and other TAP requirements.
- Maintain accurate information within Army and IMCOM-designated systems, reporting tools, trackers, calendars, and databases.
- Coordinate with the Contract Installation Manager (CIM), Installation TAP Manager, command representatives, public affairs personnel, employers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of hiring events, career fairs, outreach campaigns, employment readiness activities, and public awareness initiatives.
- Conduct post-event analysis, collect participant and stakeholder feedback, and provide recommendations to improve future events and program activities.
- Support administration of participant assessments, surveys, attendance tracking, records management, and required program documentation.
- Assist with facility coordination, classroom scheduling, audiovisual support, equipment management, and logistical requirements for TAP events and services.
- Provide timely visibility into performance trends, scheduling conflicts, participation gaps, emerging challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Ability to obtain and maintain required Government suitability, installation access, Common Access Card (CAC), and system access.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Army Transition Assistance Program policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with workforce development, employment readiness, and military transition programs.
- Experience developing performance dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations.
- Knowledge of military installation operations and command structures.
- Experience supporting outreach initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and community partnerships.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience supporting the Army Transition Assistance Program or similar workforce development and career readiness programs.
- Experience supporting transition programs, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, event coordination, data analysis, program administration, or related functions.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational or program performance data.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and leadership briefings.
- Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, reporting systems, or other information management tools.
Preferred Experience
- Prior military service or experience supporting military personnel, veterans, and military families.
- Experience working with Army commands, IMCOM organizations, Transition Assistance Programs, workforce development programs, or veteran employment initiatives.
- Experience preparing command briefings, performance dashboards, analytics reports, and event outcome summaries.
- Experience utilizing Government systems of record, reporting portals, or installation-level tracking tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale hiring events, career fairs, outreach campaigns, or community engagement programs.
