Job description

We are looking for an IT & Network Administrator to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, Microsoft 365 environment, and end-user technology.

The role requires hands-on technical experience and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT and network issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 users, email accounts, licenses, permissions, Outlook, Teams, and related services.
  • Support Windows systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
  • Configure IT equipment and accounts for new employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain antivirus, security updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity controls.
  • Support CCTV, access control, IP phones, and related systems when required.
  • Maintain IT asset, license, account, and equipment records.
  • Coordinate with internet, telecom, software, and external IT service providers.
  • Maintain technical documentation and network information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of IT and network administration experience.
  • Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Good knowledge of Windows systems and computer hardware.
  • Experience troubleshooting network, hardware, software, and user issues.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, antivirus, and access control.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support users professionally.
  • Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA, or similar certifications are an advantage.
