Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a strong, energetic, and hands-on Female Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a warm and friendly personality while also being confident, organised, and capable of managing a busy restaurant operation. We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality background and a management style similar to high-energy, service-focused restaurant groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily restaurant operations.
• Train, coach, and develop FOH staff to maintain high service standards.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and ensure proper manpower allocation.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and overall team productivity.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Understand and monitor P&L, food cost, labour cost, sales, and other key financial targets.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.
• Create a positive, energetic, and motivating work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong background in high-volume or premium casual dining restaurants.
• Excellent staff training and team leadership skills.
• Experience in preparing schedules, managing manpower, and controlling labour costs.
• Good understanding of P&L and restaurant financial performance.
• Energetic, confident, hands-on, and highly organised.
• Warm, friendly, and naturally hospitable personality.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Able to lead by example and maintain a positive team culture.
