Part-Time Arab Female Social Media Specialist & Content Strategist (F&B)

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-energy, creative Social Media Specialist to drive our Instagram and TikTok accounts. You will be the creative lead and on-ground presenter, bringing our food concepts to life through engaging short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Build monthly content calendars, brainstorm viral hooks, and tailor concepts specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

On-Ground Direction: Direct shoots at Global Village 2 days a week, present on camera, and ensure content aligns with brand standards.

Team Alignment: Work directly with the videographer and editor to brief creative concepts, review edits, and maintain posting schedules.

Community Management: Handle daily posting, write catchy captions, jump on audio trends, and reply to comments and DMs.

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills.
• Open to university students, fresh graduates, or early-career talent.
• Must/prefer hold a valid UAE Driving License and have reliable transportation to Global Village.
• Comfortable being on camera and presenting for social content.
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends, viral hooks, and platform algorithms.
• Passion for the F&B and dining scene in Dubai.
• Arab females only
• Aged: 21-24 years old

Currently its a part time job but there is possibility to make it full time

Work Schedule:

On-Ground: 2 days/week (6–8 shoots per month at Global Village)

Remote: Strategy, ideation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement

Target Candidate Profile:

Ideal for university students, fresh graduates, or early-career creators seeking hands-on F&B marketing experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
