Comma Media is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Content Creator to join our team on a commission-based structure.

We are looking for someone who can generate leads, close deals, and create content — not just a traditional salesperson.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities for Comma Media.
• Reach out to potential clients and present our media, content, and marketing services.
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Shoot and edit videos independently using CapCut.
• Create and publish content on your personal social media accounts to generate leads and promote your personal brand.
• Understand social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
• Follow up with leads from initial contact until closing.
• Build relationships with business owners, brands, restaurants, cafés, and companies.
• Coordinate with the internal team after closing a client.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Media, or Advertising.
• Strong Content Creation skills.
• Good knowledge of CapCut and short-form video editing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Active personal social media presence.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and target-driven personality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Existing business connections and a network in Abu Dhabi/Dubai are a strong advantage.

Compensation

Commission-Based — No Fixed Salary

Commission will be paid based on the clients you successfully bring in and close.
