Re Corporate is looking for an energetic and detail-focused Assistant Product Manager to join our team in Dubai.

We are a Dubai-based business setup consultancy helping entrepreneurs, investors, and international companies start and grow their businesses in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital products, business processes, customer journeys, and team coordination.

The selected candidate will support our internal product, CRM, client portal, service flow, reporting system, website improvements, and business automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and improving ReCorporate’s digital products, CRM, website, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, marketing, design, and development teams.
• Help prepare product requirements, user flows, feature lists, and task documents.
• Track project timelines and follow up with team members for completion.
• Understand client journey and suggest improvements in service delivery.
• Support testing, bug reporting, product updates, and quality checks.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in business setup, fintech, and digital service platforms.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and product updates for management.
• Help improve automation across leads, client onboarding, document collection, payments, and reporting.
• Ensure all departments clearly understand product updates and process changes.
• Requirements:
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Excellent English communication is mandatory.
• Knowledge of French or Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, CRM, SaaS, or digital product handling is preferred.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Good understanding of websites, mobile apps, CRM systems, client portals, automation, or digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving business environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana, Figma, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, customer journeys, and product workflows.
• Experience in business setup, consultancy, fintech, SaaS, or service-based companies will be an advantage.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
