We are pleased to announce the position of Sales Representative at FUSION AUTO CONCEPT CAR SERVICE Mussafah M4 Abu Dhabi, which possesses a car care business

, you will be required to perform the following duties: includes but not limited to:

1. Achieve Target Sales for company.

2. Receive and greet customers, discuss service needs, guide them on assessment, services we offer and when agreed to record the requirement correctly on job card to avoid any ambiguity effecting the quality of a Service

3. Explain to the customer contents of the job, its value and cost involved. After obtaining confirmation, prepare clear and unambiguous work instruction for the technician to carry out the job and keep in constant touch to ensure that work is progressing in proper manner.

4. Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work

5. Organize inspection upon completion of the job to ensure the quality of the job meets the prescribed standard and to satisfy the customer that the job has been carried out as desired.

6. Establish healthy and profitable relationship by proactively communicating and following up with the existing as well as prospective customer on performance of their cars and if they require any service attention so as to consolidate and enhance the customer base.

7. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

8. Capable of explaining all the technical information of the products as well as communicating the mode of use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.

9. Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options

10. Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling

11. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.

12. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.

13. Overseeing the activities and performance of the whole sales team with workshop organization.

14. Monthly reporting for customers, send them reminders for due service and follow up with existing customers of Auto spa.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
