Job description
We are seeking professional, motivated, and team-oriented Sales Associates/Reps or Promoters to join our expanding retail team.
For over 12 years, our company has delivered a premium beauty retail experience across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. With 13 kiosks and a flagship store, we have built a strong presence in the market through a commitment to excellence, innovation, and outstanding customer service.
We take pride in building a supportive and high-performing workplace where individuals are encouraged to grow, contribute, and succeed as part of a collaborative team.
Successful candidates will be based in leading shopping centres across Dubai and will receive comprehensive training in customer engagement, product presentation, and sales of our luxury cosmetic brands.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, promotions, or the beauty industry
Proven ability to approach and engage customers in a professional and confident manner
Strong sales focus with a target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of women’s skincare products; experience in women’s facial treatments is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
