About the Role

As our Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, building, and leading the development of our web and mobile applications. This role is both hands-on and strategic you’ll guide the team technically, mentor developers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions while staying deeply engaged in coding and problem-solving. Engaging with clients and problem solving will also be needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical development (Hands On) for web and mobile platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Drive mobile app development with React Native (iOS & Android).
• Define and implement data architecture best practices (integrity, security, scalability).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) for smooth deliveries.
• Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security risks, and architectural challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support analytics and ESG reporting integrations (Power BI exposure is a plus).
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and lead sprint planning.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Engage with Clients for problem solving .

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 3–4 years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:

o Backend: Node.js, Express.js

o Frontend: Next.js (React framework)

o Database: PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, queries)

o Mobile: React Native (iOS & Android development)

• Proven experience designing and implementing data architectures.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS ).
• Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools (good to have).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to mentor, motivate, and scale teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Passion for AI, sustainability, and transforming industries through technology.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
