Social B is looking for a creative, well-connected and proactive Social Media & PR professional to help us grow our presence across Dubai and the UAE.

Social B is a curated community built around meaningful connections, shared interests and trusted introductions. We are looking for someone who can take our presence to the next level by bringing the brand, its members and the wider community together.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing Social B’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Creating engaging content that reflects the Social B brand and community
• Identifying upcoming events, experiences and opportunities that are relevant to our members
• Building relationships with event organizers, brands, venues, communities and PR agencies
• Reaching out to potential partners and exploring collaborations, cross-promotions and event partnerships
• Getting Social B featured in relevant events, publications, media and online platforms
• Increasing awareness, traffic and engagement for the Social B website
• Developing creative campaigns to attract new members and encourage existing members to engage
• Keeping the Social B events calendar fresh, relevant and interesting
• Tracking social media performance, website visibility and partnership results

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

✓ Has experience in social media, PR, communications, partnerships or community management
✓ Has strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE social and events scene
✓ Is confident approaching brands, event organizers and potential partners
✓ Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✓ Is creative, proactive and comfortable working independently
✓ Understands how to create content that people want to engage with
✓ Has an existing network within Dubai’s events, lifestyle, hospitality, business or media ecosystem — a strong advantage
✓ Is passionate about building communities and creating meaningful connections

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
