Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, focused on offshore banking clients. The Senior Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value international clients, providing tailored banking and investment solutions aligned with their cross-border needs. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, conducting client onboarding and KYC, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The role involves regular client meetings, account reviews, and proactive communication to deepen relationships, increase product adoption, and enhance client satisfaction. The Senior Relationship Manager will collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless service, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the bank’s growth strategy in key offshore markets.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills with experience serving high-net-worth or international banking clients in offshore or private banking environments.
• Expertise in cross-border banking products and services, including multi-currency accounts, international payments, and wealth or investment solutions.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, and KYC/AML requirements relevant to offshore banking and international financial services.
• Proven business development abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and achieving growth and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial solutions clearly and build trust across diverse cultures.
• Comfort working with digital banking platforms and financial technology tools, with a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in wealth management or banking are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in offshore banking or international relationship management, ideally in the Middle East or global financial hubs.
• High level of integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory client service.
