Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Dubai , UAE

Job Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within established monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about product updates, market trends, and industry developments.
• Conduct market research and gather business intelligence to identify new opportunities and enhance sales performance.
• Stay informed of insurance industry developments, regulatory updates, competitor activities, and emerging products.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance reports to management.
• Effectively utilize the Quality Management System (QMS) by maintaining records of client visits, prospects, and submitted inquiries.
• Ensure timely collection of premiums and follow up on outstanding payments when required.

Technical Qualifications & Skills

• 3–4 years of outdoor sales experience within the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Previous experience in the UAE insurance industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
