Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized E-Commerce & Order Management Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Shopify, Zoho and Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of online order processing and customer service.

This role is responsible for managing online orders from receipt through delivery, coordinating with the warehouse team, handling customer inquiries and returns, preparing quotations, following up on cash/COD customers, and ensuring that all orders and related information are accurately updated in Zoho.

We are looking for someone who is computer-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, hardworking and eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily orders received through Amazon, Noon and Shopify.
• Accurately enter and post all orders in Zoho.
• Monitor orders and follow up to ensure they are processed and dispatched on time.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email and phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges and order-related issues.
• Follow up on pending customer issues until they are properly resolved.
• Prepare quotations for customers and assist with sales-related administrative tasks.
• Contact cash/COD customers to confirm orders, arrange delivery and ensure payment is ready before/at delivery as required.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and payment-related records.
• Update product availability on Amazon, Noon and Shopify, including out-of-stock and back-in-stock items.
• Update product prices on the platforms when required.
• Assist with product listing updates, descriptions and other e-commerce content.
• Monitor Amazon recommendations and suggestions and assist with basic listing optimization and SEO improvements to support better product visibility and sales.
• Prepare professional written communication, including emails, WhatsApp messages and customer responses.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain, organize and analyze order and sales-related information.
• Work closely with the sales, warehouse and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identify pending tasks and follow up proactively without waiting for constant instructions.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon and Shopify is required.
• Good working knowledge of Zoho or a similar ERP/CRM/order management system.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas and maintaining organized spreadsheets.
• Strong overall computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with multiple systems.
• Experience in e-commerce order processing and customer service.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including:
• Order management
• Inventory/product availability
• Price updates
• Product listings
• Basic SEO/listing optimization
• Good understanding of Shopify and Noon order management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to write clear, professional emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily tasks.

You should be the type of person who notices when an order is pending, a product needs updating, a customer has not responded, or the warehouse needs a follow-up — and takes the initiative to resolve it.
