Shouki Electronics is looking for a motivated, communicative, and responsible Sales & Account Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in Sales, Networking, IT products, and technology, and wants to build a long-term career in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales activities and customer follow-ups
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries
• Follow up on quotations, product availability, and deliveries
• Maintain and organize customer and sales information
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams
• Assist in identifying and following up with potential customers
• Learn Shouki’s products, brands, and sales processes
• Support the sales team in achieving sales goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and office tools
• Interested in Networking, IT products, and technology
• Willing to learn and open to training and feedback
• Previous experience in the IT / Networking industry is an advantage
• Must currently be based in Dubai
• Available for full-time, on-site work
