Real Estate Marketing Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in real estate marketing/sales support. Salary Range: AED 6,000 – 15,000/month (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns for property listings, developer projects, and brand promotion across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings and projects
• Create and manage content for property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Plan and run social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate professional photography/videography shoots for listings
• Design or oversee creation of brochures, flyers, and digital ad creatives
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads
• Track and report campaign performance, leads, and ROI to management
• Coordinate with agents and developers on project launches and open houses
• Maintain and update the company website and listing portals
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and marketing vendors
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor marketing activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and CRM systems
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong project management skills
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
