Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative (Building & Decor Materials)

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic outdoor sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in building materials, interior finishes, decor, and flooring products across the UAE market. You will build and maintain client relationships, identify targeted customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential and existing clients (contractors, interior designers, consultants, and developers).

Promote and sell building materials, flooring materials, and decor items.

Identify potential business opportunities and build a strong client database.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and close sales effectively.

Maintain excellent relationship management with target clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Previous outdoor sales experience in building materials, interiors, flooring, or decorative materials is strictly required.

License: Must possess a valid UAE driving license.

Client Network: Existing customer database or strong knowledge of targeted industry clients in the UAE.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
