Salary: AED 3,500–4,000 per month + Commission

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to generate new business and sell POS systems and Software to retail and hospitality businesses across the UAE.

This is a target-driven sales role focused on prospecting, visiting potential customers, demonstrating our products, following up leads and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, incoming enquiries, referrals and partner channels.
• Identify and approach potential retail and hospitality customers.
• Conduct face-to-face and online POS system demonstrations.
• Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information in the CRM.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in field sales, telesales or direct selling.
• Proven ability to work towards targets and close sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• This is a sales and target-driven position and is not suitable for candidates with only customer service or administrative experience.
