About the Opportunity

Pranic Drug Store LLC is expanding its specialized pharmaceutical portfolio in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative with established relationships among anaesthesiologists, hospital pharmacies, procurement teams, and institutional decision-makers.

This position will play a key role in the launch and commercial development of Sugammadex Injection across government and private hospitals in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Sugammadex Injection to anaesthesiologists, critical-care specialists, operating-theatre teams, and hospital pharmacists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers.
• Manage government and private hospital accounts within the assigned territory.
• Support product evaluation, formulary inclusion, vendor registration, and product-listing processes.
• Identify new hospitals, accounts, and institutional business opportunities.
• Conduct scientific product presentations and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate with hospital procurement, pharmacy, and supply-chain departments.
• Organise product-launch activities, scientific meetings, and healthcare-professional engagement programmes.
• Achieve assigned sales, account-development, and territory targets.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, market developments, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, forecasts, and sales reports.
• Work closely with the company’s commercial, regulatory, and distribution teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Relevant experience in anaesthesia, critical care, hospital injectables, operating-theatre products, or institutional sales.
• Established professional network among UAE anaesthesiologists and hospitals.
• Experience with hospital product listings, formulary inclusion, procurement, tenders, or institutional accounts.
• Proven record of launching products and generating institutional sales.
• Strong scientific-presentation, negotiation, and account-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage hospital accounts and sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
