HR Manager or HR and Admin Manager - Arabic Only

HR Manager / HR & Admin Manager- Arabic national preferred only.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Oversee all Human Resources and Administration functions across the organization..
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support management in organizational development and manpower planning.
• Prepare HR reports, budgets, and workforce analytics for senior management.
• Ensure effective communication between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years above of experience in HR and Administration, preferably within Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete, Precast Concrete, or Construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in managing large and multicultural workforces.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be given preference.
• Experience working in a private company environment is highly desirable.

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on qualifications and experience.
