As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator , you play a vital role in ensuring products reach our customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) on time and in full. Acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned Operating Companies (OpCos), you coordinate daily order fulfillment activities, manage customer expectations, and collaborate with multiple teams across Ricoh Europe Supply Chain Management (RESCM).

What will you do

• Act as the primary contact for Ricoh Operating Companies, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage customer orders, proactively resolving supply, delivery, and transportation issues
• Coordinate with Sales Organizations and internal stakeholders across EMEA to ensure seamless operations
• Handle priority requests and customer escalations with a strong focus on service excellence
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
• Monitor departmental KPIs, service levels, and Points of Control to drive operational excellence
• Work across multiple systems and processes to ensure accurate order execution
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization projects

What will you bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
• Experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• A proactive mindset with a strong customer focus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus
