The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
A premium brand image. Excellent customer service. Working alongside the Senior Account Manager, you’ll ensure that Le Creuset captivates customers online as a premium lifestyle brand – upholding the highest standards in operations, customer care and service.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing
- Editing and loading data received via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Consolidate and key orders were required
- Coordination tasks with logistic department
- Query and Credit Management
- Ensure all credits received are processed accurately and on time
- Liaise with local Warehouse and Customer Services teams to investigate and resolve any order queries e.g., shortages, damages in transit
- Liaise with finance teams in DE and UK and the Senior Account Manager to resolve any accounting errors
- Reporting - To prepare and distribute weekly report pack to include:
- Reviewing performance for traffic statistic and sales
- Availability and performance reports
- Build, maintain and improve the Visual Merchandising of the Le Creuset range
- Identify gaps, review, and recommend improvements in range, Visual Merchandising, advertising strategy and tools / technology to improve efficiency and results
- Assist the Operations and Account Manager to contribute solutions which drive efficiency and process improvements
The Perfect Blend What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar e-commerce role or relevant commercial qualification
- Knowledge of accounting and finance processes
- Strong digital awareness, including user-centric design and branding principles
- Understanding of European consumer requirements and market considerations
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of ordering and procurement processes preferred
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Vendor Central) highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through
- Business-level German and English; additional European languages are an advantage
