As a valued member of our team specialising in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around technical presales solutions to customer projects with your team.

The HO Business Analytics NCEE (m/f/d) plays a key leadership role, directly influencing the company's success by providing both disciplinary and professional guidance to the team. This role encompasses operational planning, staffing, and managing budgets and cost centers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technical presales solutions and within customer projects. Additionally, the role drives the strategic development of the team and solutions, which is essential for maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

With team members located across Europe the Head of Business Analytics NCEE is instrumental in ensuring smooth transnational communication and fostering synergies that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your specific tasks include:

  • Proactive & Self-Driven Team Leadership: Provide disciplinary and professional guidance for a technical pre-sales team across Germany, the Netherlands and Finland. Drive team upskilling, foster an inclusive culture based on four behaviours (discipline, ownership, transparency and collaboration) and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Strategic Growth & Business Opportunities: Support Order Intake and revenue expansion by identifying market opportunities, developing competitive solution offerings, and ensuring technical excellence aligns with broader company objectives.
  • Overseeing Presales,Tender and Customer projects Support: Partner closely with the Head of Bids, Head of Sales, and Head of Program Delivery to evaluate upcoming tenders, optimize bid responses, and deliver timely and with quality technical presales services to customers and internal teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work in sync with regional Heads of Sales and executive stakeholders to align the team’s direction with overall business growth.
  • Financial Management & Profitability: Manage budgets and multiple cost centers across different regions ensuring strict financial control, resource optimization, and cost-conscious operations.

Let’s talk about you – who is set to thrive in this position?

We are looking for a person with following qualifications:

  • Mission-Critical & Telecommunications Expertise: Technical understanding of Mission-Critical communications, PMR (Professional Mobile Radio), TETRA, and modern 4G/5G private broadband networks.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience or domain knowledge in the Public Safety and Defense markets is highly desirable.
  • Proven Team Leadership: Solid track record in direct team management and disciplinary leadership, with demonstrated ability to mentor, set clear goals, and manage distributed, cross-border teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building strong alignment across customers, executive leadership, sales and projects.
  • Technical Presales & Tender Expertise: Hands-on experience leading presales activities, supporting competitive bidding/tenders, and aligning technical solutions with customer requirements.
  • Proactive & Autonomous Mindset: Highly self-driven and preventive approach to risk identification, process improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical/business field.
  • Financial & Budgeting acumen as plus: Demonstrated capability in managing multiple regional cost centers, cost forecasting, and balancing operational delivery with profitability goals.
