Braunbär Hotel & Spa - The charm of a mountain hotel.

Our traditional hotel is renowned for its friendly, relaxed atmosphere and magnificent panoramic location. It is located in the center of the car-free village of Wengen, directly opposite the Männlichen cable car. Its central location guarantees breathtaking views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The working atmosphere is warm, young and dynamic and we provide to our guests a personalized and friendly service.

The NUXE Spa offers an exclusive working environment where natural care, relaxation and quality are at the heart of everything we do. Our spa features three treatment rooms, including one for duo massages, a pool, steam room and an outdoor area with terrace and fire pit.

We are looking for a motivated and committed Spa Manager who enjoys taking care of guests, leading a team and, at the same time, has a strong interest in sales and revenue development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management & Organisation

• Leading, motivating and supporting the spa team
• Organising and coordinating the daily spa operations, cleanliness, staff schedules and treatment appointments
• Working closely with the other department heads and management

Sales & Revenue

• Actively selling massages, treatments and spa services
• Maximising the occupancy of treatment rooms and treatment appointments
• Increasing spa revenue and additional sales
• Selling and presenting NUXE products
• Developing your own ideas and initiatives to increase bookings and revenue
• Working together with management and marketing on sales and marketing initiatives

Guest Service & Treatments

• Providing warm and professional service to our international guests
• Advising guests on suitable treatments
• Performing various massage and body treatments according to NUXE standards and supporting the team

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in massage, beauty, wellness or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience in a spa or wellness environment
• Previous leadership experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of sales and direct guest interaction
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a good understanding of revenue and occupancy
• Team player with a passion for leading and developing a team
• Very good English; German and French are an advantage
