Job Title: Google Ads Customer Onboarding Partner (Dutch Market)
Location: Barcelona, Spain (World Trade Center)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days work-from-home)
Total Earnings: €23,876 base annual salary + €3,408 target annual bonus
Position Overview
Join an ambitious account team operating out of Barcelona to support high-growth businesses throughout the Dutch market. In this role, you will act as a primary digital strategist—guiding newly acquired accounts through their initial ad deployment, maximizing Google Ads feature adoption, protecting revenue streams against churn, and cultivating sustainable account growth within a fast-moving tech environment.
Primary Accountabilities
- Account Activation & Campaign Strategy: Formally welcome new advertising partners and co-design tailored, high-converting digital marketing campaigns.
- Consultative Client Engagement: Connect directly with key business leaders to identify their core growth targets and align them with targeted Google Ads strategies.
- Campaign Deployment & Fine-Tuning: Build, activate, and continuously refine advertising initiatives—focusing heavily on precise audience segmentation, ad copy testing, and landing page conversion pathways.
- Analytics & Performance Management: Evaluate vital account metrics, analyze campaign performance trends, and present data-backed recommendations that boost client return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Pipeline Administration: Manage daily client touchpoints and consistently update account records, notes, and activity pipelines inside the CRM.
- Regional Intelligence Gathering: Capture local market insights and customer sentiment to assist strategy teams in refining regional positioning and product offerings.
Candidate Profile
- Language Capabilities: Native-level fluency or standard C1/C2 Dutch competency, paired with confident business English skills.
- Relevant Experience: Background in customer success, account management, or business development, along with hands-on CRM software usage.
- Regional & Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dutch commercial practices, local consumer expectations, and European data privacy policies (GDPR).
- Technical Aptitude: Strong consultative communication skills, analytical troubleshooting capabilities, and experience leveraging AI productivity tools to optimize daily workflows.
- Work Style: Driven, proactive, highly collaborative, and comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace.
