Job description

About the Role

Develop and maintain procurement KPIs and business SLAs, perform data analysis, develop tools and templates, and collect market insights and intelligence.

Responsibilities

1. Procurement Performance Tracking and Improvement

- Track procurement KPIs and develop performance reports

- Ensure compliance to all related Procurement KPIs and aim for continuous improvement

- Develop opportunity reports that focus on how to add value during the process and how to operate efficiently using the data and the system.

2. Strategic Supplier Analysis and Reporting Optimisation

- Continuously and proactively analyse the supplier market and conduct market intelligence activities to get a better understanding of available offerings, supplier options and price details for optimal value creation and provide senior management with meaningful insights for more informed decision-making

- Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards, including up-to-date information

- Prepare and issue management-related reports (i.e progress updates, etc.), after aligning with the AE manager, as appropriate

3. Tool and Template Management for Procurement

- Develop and maintain procurement tools and templates

- Collect and archive all supplier and contract performance reports

- Develop and maintain a knowledge platform, including collecting internal and external benchmarks and supplier market insights

4. Compliance with Governance and Training Adherence

- Ensure full compliance with all relevant KFUPM governance documents, including but not limited to policies and procedures

- Complete the assigned training courses and ensure adherence to the assigned learning/ career development pathway.

Job Specifications

Qualifications and Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.

Experience: Graduate with a minimum of 5 Years of Experience

Skills: Software skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), communication skills, people and project management skills, stakeholder management, document drafting skills and data analysis skills

Language: Arabic - native; English - fluent
