About the Role

Ensure compliance to all governmental regulations, KFUPM’s policies and process, also identify improvement opportunities and maintain KFUPM Procurement policy and process manuals, by collecting feedback from the wider business to better serve the overall business needs

Responsibilities

1. Compliance and Excellence

- Ensure compliance to all related and relevant government regulations

- Lead continuous improvements in service reliability, quality and cost effectiveness

- Maintain Procurement policy and process manuals

2. Reporting and Compliance

- Report achievements, success stories, challenges, concerns, compliance, etc to senior management

- Ensure completion of and compliance with all governmental and customs requirements, in coordination with relevant stakeholders where required

- Identify improvement opportunities for the policy and process manuals by collecting feedback on the ways of working

3. Alignment and Communication

- Coordinate with the business to ensure alignment on all policies and processes within KFUPM

- Proactively communicate with the relevant governmental entities to stay up to date with the latest regulations and restrictions

4. Digital Procurement Enhancement

- Ensure increased utilisation of procurement technological tools, and continuously enhance digitalisation and process automation where possible

5. Procurement Excellence

- Support implementation of the procurement digital roadmap

- Track business SLAs, develop management reports and escalate as necessary

- Ensure compliance to all related Procurement SLAs and aim for continuous improvement

- Ensure adoption of technology and lead continuous improvement

Support AE Manager in all training-related activities

6. Compliance and Commitment

- Ensure full compliance to all relevant KFUPM governance documents, including but not limited to, policies and procedures

- Complete the assigned training courses and ensure adherence to the assigned learning/ career development pathway

Job Specifications

Qualifications and Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration

Experience: Graduate with a minimum of 5 Years of Experience

Skills: Software skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), communication skills, people and project management skills, stakeholder management, document drafting skills and data analytical skills

Language: Arabic - native; English - fluent
