Restaurant Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Jeddah. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shifts, and ensuring consistent, high-quality food and beverage service. Responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The role also involves supporting hiring and onboarding processes, training team members, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards. The Restaurant Manager will track performance metrics, manage inventory, assist with budgeting, and collaborate on promotions and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience with Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding and service standards.
• Minimum 2 - 5 Years of experience.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members and leadership.
• Experience in Hiring, training and supervising restaurant staff.
• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a in an upscale dining restaurant.
• Knowledge of basic budgeting, inventory control and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
