Data Analyst

Job Purpose:

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve overall performance. The role will transform data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve data discrepancies.
• Automate repetitive reports and data processes where possible.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration , or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources.
