Control Tower Specialist

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities within the airfreight logistics and warehousing operations.
• Ensure the smooth flow of goods and timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding shipment status and issue resolution.
• Analyse data to optimise transport routes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.
• Proactively identify and address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.

• Educational background in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience with airfreight logistics is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with logistics software, Scope is advantageous.
