## About the Role
KSB is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to act as a key link between clinical departments, administrative units, and the Digitalization & ICT team.
In this role, you will analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and actively support the digitalization of workflows and IT solutions within the hospital environment. Your work will contribute to greater efficiency, improved quality, and higher user satisfaction.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and help ensure that technology effectively supports organizational needs.
## Key Responsibilities
* Analyze, document, and optimize clinical and administrative processes.
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and digital services.
* Act as a bridge between clinical departments, administrative teams, and ICT specialists.
* Gather and analyze business and user requirements.
* Support the evaluation and further development of IT systems.
* Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of hospital processes.
* Analyze and model business processes and workflows.
* Assess how applications, interfaces, ICT architecture, and business processes interact.
* Support the implementation of digital workflows and IT solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and technical departments.
* Translate business requirements into practical and sustainable IT solutions.
* Contribute to improving application usability and user satisfaction.
* Support projects involving process optimization, digital transformation, and IT system development.
## Required Qualifications
* Degree from a university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent qualification in:
* Business Information Systems
* Health Informatics
* Medical Informatics
* A related field
* Experience in business analysis, process analysis, or a comparable role.
* Strong understanding of business process analysis and modeling.
* Good understanding of IT systems and digital workflows.
* Ability to understand the relationships between ICT architecture, applications, interfaces, and business processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Further education or certification in business analysis, process management, or project management.
* Experience with clinical and administrative hospital processes.
* Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment.
* Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within healthcare organizations.
* Familiarity with IT application landscapes, system interfaces, and workflow solutions.
Candidates without direct hospital experience may also be considered if they demonstrate the ability and willingness to quickly learn clinical and administrative healthcare processes.
