Business Analyst

The Role

• Translate complex billing requirements from SGB V and XI into practical software specifications.
• Collaborate with product management to develop innovative and legally compliant software solutions.
• Identify market trends and legal changes, initiating necessary actions and contributing to product strategy.
• Act as a central interface to billing partners, designing smart, efficient, and customer-oriented billing processes.
• Share expertise through webinars, workshops, and customer meetings, becoming a product voice in the market.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in care, billing, or product management within health IT, demonstrated through responsible and demanding roles.
• Completed commercial training in healthcare, as a social insurance specialist, or a degree in social insurance, health and nursing informatics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in care facilities, especially with modern billing processes (SGB V/XI).
• Excellent analytical thinking, a structured approach, and strong teamwork skills for interdisciplinary teams.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills for an international environment.
