Founder Associate

You work directly for the founder and the head of AI implementation. Both are ex-MBB. You get staffed the way an analyst gets staffed: a board pack on Monday, a pricing analysis on Wednesday, a customer escalation on Friday. Finance and reporting are yours to run end-to-end. Every recurring task you touch becomes an agent you build on our own platform.

What you'll own

• Investor and board reporting: monthly updates, board decks, KPI packs
• Month-end: coordinate the close with our external accountant, run invoicing, and expense hygiene
• Dashboards: revenue, pipeline, and usage numbers, the leadership team runs the company on
• Founder projects: research, GTM experiments, sales support, ops. The queue changes weekly
• Agents: you build and run your own agents on Orq.ai. Twelve months in, a meaningful share of your original job description should run without you. We measure this

Who this is for

• You spent 1 to 2 years at MBB-level jobs. You want ownership earlier than the partner track will give it to you, and realize that being in the AI trenches sets you up for the rest of your career
• Your academic record shows excellence in some form: cum laude, scholarships, competition wins, and published work. We read the whole CV
• You are AI-native. You have built an agent, an automation, or a workflow that does real work, and you will show it to us
• You have a non-European work ethic. The phrase describes our pace and our standard. Expect intense weeks and evenings when it matters
