Junior Organic Growth Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

TildaVPS is hiring an Organic Growth Manager to help more customers find TildaVPS through useful search results and well-structured content. This role sits in the Marketing Department and works with other Staff Members when work crosses Departments. You will plan the work, coordinate delivery, and make sure the results are measured.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain keyword lists for cloud hosting, Server, and support topics.
• Find Content Opportunities from search data, customer questions, and product gaps.
• Improve Content Items with better titles, headings, internal links, and metadata.
• Check technical SEO issues and give clear fixes to the responsible Staff Member.
• Report organic traffic, rankings, and conversion signals in a simple weekly update.
• Plan the work, assign owners, and report results to leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good understanding of search intent, keyword research, and on-page SEO.
• Ability to explain SEO problems in plain English.
• Comfort with SEO tools, analytics tools, and spreadsheets.
• Care for technical details, content quality, and measurable results.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Interest in cloud hosting, Servers, Linux, or web infrastructure.
• Experience planning work, coordinating Staff Members, and using metrics.
• Experience with SEO tools, technical audits, and content performance reporting.
• Experience planning work and coordinating Staff Members is useful.

LOCATION AND OTHER EXPECTATIONS:

• Location: Remote or hybrid. Add the final city, country, time zone, and work model before posting.
• Work type: Full-time position unless the final offer states part-time, contract, or another type.
• You will work in the Marketing Department and coordinate with other Staff Members when work crosses Departments.
• You must protect customer data, company data, and private operational information.
• Customer-facing work must be reviewed before publication when it changes product, price, or service claims.
