The Context EDGE Group, the UAE's leading defense technology conglomerate, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support shipment planning, documentation control, and material handling operations within one of its manufacturing entities in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on, operational role within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment, combining scheduling, shipping coordination, and warehouse floor activity.

What The Role Covers Delivery Scheduling & Shipment Tracking You allocate the delivery schedule two weeks in advance and organize and track shipments direct to customers and sub-contractors. You troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints, working to resolve them efficiently while maintaining service continuity.

Documentation & Compliance Control You control and retain all shipping documentation through a structured document control process, create and maintain copies of EPI invoices in compliance with document control requirements, and support the logistics team with all documentation needs. You ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations throughout.

Warehouse & Material Handling You manage loading and unloading of trucks with materials and parts, pack all materials ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and move parts around the shop floor effectively in compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or relevant experience in a logistics role
• 5-10 years of experience in logistics operations
• SAP system proficiency and solid MS Office skills
• Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, customers, and forwarders
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously under pressure
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations
• Aerospace, Defense, and Oil & Gas experience is strongly desirable
