Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Supervisor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: Fire Protection & Life Safety
We are looking for an experienced Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, technicians, installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm installation and maintenance works.
- Manage and coordinate technicians and site teams.
- Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm systems.
- Supervise Fire Fighting systems including fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hose reels, hydrants, extinguishers, and related equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues and required corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineers, project teams, clients, consultants, and other contractors.
- Ensure proper completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety requirements and applicable Civil Defence requirements.
- Maintain proper site documentation, inspection records, and work reports.
- Ensure technicians follow safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Fire Fighting and/or Fire Alarm systems.
- Strong practical knowledge of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience supervising technicians and site activities.
- Good knowledge of fire pumps, sprinklers, hose reels, hydrants, extinguishers, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with UAE Fire & Life Safety requirements and Civil Defence procedures.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Abu Dhabi fire protection companies will be preferred.
Pay: AED1,015.97 - AED8,972.98 per month
