Information Technology Specialist

Role Description Information Technology Specialist at Albustan Factor y will provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems in Khamīs Mushayţ location. This full-time role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, peripherals, and network devices, as well as monitoring system performance and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity. The specialist will respond to service requests, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and document solutions and procedures. The role also includes collaborating with management to implement IT improvements, supporting system upgrades, and training team members on basic IT best practices.

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and hands-on experience with common operating systems, office applications, and hardware.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to configure, monitor, and protect wired and wireless networks.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users, communicate clearly, and provide user-friendly guidance.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are beneficial.
• Experience in retail or small business environments and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Khamīs Mushayţ, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
