Senior Inspector

Premise

Taiyo Holding Group is currently looking for experienced Senior Inspectors to support inspection and quality control activities for an industrial project at Waad Al Shamal Industrial City – Turaif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The selected professionals will be responsible for performing inspection and quality surveillance activities throughout the construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, Client requirements and applicable international codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and quality control activities in accordance with approved ITPs, drawings, specifications and procedures
• Monitor construction, fabrication, installation and testing activities
• Witness inspections, tests and acceptance activities
• Review relevant quality and technical documentation
• Identify and report non-conformities and support the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and quality records
• Coordinate with the Client, Contractors, Subcontractors and project teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable Quality and HSE requirements
• Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of proven inspection experience within industrial projects
• Degree or Technical Diploma in the relevant discipline
• Relevant discipline-specific professional certifications, where applicable
• Strong knowledge of applicable international codes and standards
• Previous experience in construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
• Ability to review technical documentation, identify non-conformities and prepare professional inspection reports
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Candidates must be currently resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Ability to complete the required sponsorship arrangements through the Ajeer System
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural project teams while maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

Saudi Aramco QM qualifications/approvals will be considered a strong advantage.

In addition, candidates from India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Nepal, Thailand and Myanmar will be considered preferentially, in line with the project's current mobilization requirements.
