In this context, we are looking for one Quality Control System Administrator Trainee (Career Conversion Program) to support in the setting up and maintenance of QC laboratory system administrative activities.

Main Responsibilities:

The candidate will have a routine operational role consisting of the following:

  • Supporting local deployments of QC digital solutions (core model and local), in accordance with defined deployment plans and validation protocols.
  • Issuing local documentation related to QC digital solutions in scope, required to ensure their usage and maintenance in an appropriate way.
  • Providing training and support of end-user on QC digital tools.
  • Maintaining and updating master data and end-user access to the QC digital tools, according to defined requirements and documentation.
  • Supporting the execution of qualification related to QC equipment (eg. Write protocol, risk assessment, report) to ensure adherence to the committed scheduled plans.
  • Contribute to the compliance of laboratory GXP asset qualification and maintain with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Informing his/her manager of any event related to digital systems in scope in a timely manner to ensure investigation and impact assessment are performed appropriately, participate actively in investigation, execute assigned CAPA related to remediation or mitigation plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and contribute to process optimization opportunities within the QC laboratory.

About You

  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Applied Science or related life Sciences disciplines.

  • Candidate with prior internships or industrial attachments in biopharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations would be advantageous.

  • Self-starter and independent worker who can operate and perform in cross functional teams.

  • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solving and navigate through complexity and ambiguity.

  • Able to work in fast paced and dynamic conditions with tight timelines.
